This is one of my favorite SFF literary conventions. One of the first ones I ever attended back in the days when I was still an unpublished whippersnapper! I'm beyond thrilled that the Ad Astra folks have see fit to invite me to be a Guest of Honour this year.

Oh, I wish you would come down to the states someplace near dc I would be wonderful to me. Have a great tour.
Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell
and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to
her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely
off topic but I had to tell someone!
